Happy Humans everywhere!
Happy Humans has a clear mission and motive: to help create the ideal work environment where employees work happily and motivated, because they feel involved with the company and feel heard by management.
The same mission resulted from Happy Companies: the same team of HR consultants, with extra focus on companies without their own HR department. For them, we combine measurable insights with customized guidance.

We have 1-on-1 contact with the customer and adapt to the needs of the customer. Not the other way around.
We dare to challenge our customers and we are always 100% ourselves.
In every situation — especially the difficult ones! — we are looking for the learning opportunity.
Everything can still be so theoretically substantiated and qualitatively laid out — we mainly want to provide our customers with the practical tools to get started right away, without making it too difficult or unclear.
We don't sit in our ivory tower, but grab things — together with the customer.
